Janitorial

Cleaning services of vacuuming, spot dusting, trash removal, sweeping, mopping and restroom cleaning are performed nightly Monday through Friday. Please see your lease exhibit for a detailed breakdown of cleaning services provided to your office space. Porter and matron service is provided during business hours for restroom maintenance, spills, or cleaning issues that may occur.

 

If trash that is to be disposed of is not placed in a wastebasket inform the cleaning personnel by leaving a large note on such items marked “TRASH”. Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top of / or near wastebaskets so that items are not misconstrued as trash.
