Maintenance Requests

Standard and special requests for service may be requested via http://www.srstenantportal.com/ or calling the

Management Office at 215 567 7412.


Response time to request are basically categorized into the following:

  • Emergency (water leak, electrical problem) – immediate response.
  • HVAC – 15/30 minutes.
  • Cleaning request – assigned to evening crew – or if critical – 30/60 minutes.
  • Special Services – depending on availability of staff, typically same day.

After normal business hours, security personnel at the main lobby answer the phones. The officer can log your request for the next day or handle it immediately, if urgent.
